Art&Graft were commissioned by The Washington Post to produce an animation to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of National Poetry Month.
Taking a section of the poem Commencement by Kevin Young we brought the poem to life through a combination of beautiful illustrations, animated details and dynamic typography.
It was a delight to work on and we are honored to be amongst a collection of great poets and animators. You can see all 10 of the poems and animations on The Washington Post.
