
A stone’s throw from Greenwich village, an apparition between 6th Ave and 7th, a vibrant complex adorned with greenery, a lifestyle sanctuary modelled in 3D, a character going about his workaday routine, a lasting visual campaign.
The Flynn, a new lifestyle-led apartment building in New York, needed to develop a campaign which separated them from the crowd of other new complexes popping up in Lower Manhattan. Their ambition was to showcase not just the building itself (an immaculate development echoing the neighbourhood’s historic architecture) but also the vibrant community and lifestyle that was within.
Working alongside the team at Winkreative (see also our work for Tilal al Ghaf), Art&Graft created a timeless campaign film to celebrate The Flynn’s vision for living, which still lives on their homepage today.
